The National Flag.. to hang or not to hang, THAT is the question..

I was waiting for the lift at my void deck when i saw this notice plastered onto the wall at the lift landing.

The town council is actually willing to install hooks outside our houses for free, so we can hang the national flags.

How pathetic can they get??? Free installation of hooks so what.. still have to go and buy the flag ourselves what.. actually, give me free flag i still have to consider whether to hang a not.. haha = )
