I am going to volunteer for the blood donation drive organized by my company tomorrow at Harbourfront.
But not my blood. Rather, i am going to volunteer my time to help out in the drive. For now, i can't bring myself to donate blood. Besides, the list of FAQs stated that it is not recommended to donate blood if you had a tattoo that is less than 1 year old.. = )
The organizers keep asking me to do lobbying as they are short of people. I had volunteered to do ushering, refreshment distribution and momento-giving instead. Somehow, i just find it hypocrytical to ask people to donate when i myself don't dare to do it.. Anyway, we'll see how it goes tomorrow..
