K and I went over to his Uncle Steven's place yesterday for a family gathering. Uncle Steven had been expatriated from Shanghai back to Singapore for one year, and he had rented a service apartment at Orchard Scotts, so he had invited the whole family for a potluck party.
Our potluck item was my famous cold pasta salad: Spiral pasta with crab sticks, celery, japanese cucumber, tuna chunks and lots of mayo. Served chilled..
Unfortunately, it didn't turn out as good as i expected it to be.. i kinda overcooked the pasta and it became mushy.. = (
