Yesterday was the official date for Teacher's Day: 1st September. I remembered when i was in school, we used to have these concerts / special performances where students do song and dance for their teachers on stage.. then the students will present flowers and gifts to their favourite teachers. And then the teacher with the least bouquets and presents will know they are unpopular.. = P
Since i used to be a home tutor, i used to get gifts from my group of 03 playful Secondary 4 boys.. and then they would be extremely tame during my lessons because of Teacher's day.. those were the days.. = )
I went home early yesterdy to cook noodles for K, who was still weak from his mild food poisoning.. we had korean ramen with fishball, crabmeat, button mushrooms, and pork.. delicious..i had brought my favourite honey lemon green tea from SweetTalk again..
After dinner, i watched about 5 episodes of Sex & The City (now that i have no more "24" to watch).. Aiden and Carrie went back together, and Miranda's mom died of cancer.. happy and sad at the same time..
Going to meet my pals for EK's birthday dinner now.. hope he likes the Adidas basketball shoes and shirt that we bought him during lunch today..
